DO YOU ONLY SELLING IPHONE MODELS CASING?

Yes, currently we only selling iPhone models casing.

ARE THE PHOTO IN STORE IS REAL SHOT TAKEN BY US?

Yes, all the product's picture is real shot taken by us ,do ensure that may be slightly colour different due to lightening.

ALL DESIGN IN STORE READY STOCK OR PRE-ORDER?

We are selling ready stock casing ,once the design sold out ,we still can accept order to make the restock.

ITS ALL IPHONE MODELS AVAILABLE?

We are only selling iPhone model IPhone 7plus/8plus -IPH 14 PRO MAX.

HOW LONG FOR RESTOCK ITEM TO BE SHIP?

Its normally taken 5-9 working days to arrived (excluded Saturday,Sunday and public holiday)

HOW IF I PLACE ORDER FOR RESTOCK ITEM AND IN STOCK ITEM ?

For combination order ,we will only ship all the item together once the restock item arrived.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I WANNA COMBINED MY NEW ORDER WITH THE PREVIOUS ORDER ?

If your previous order is not shipped out yet, you can combine both the order and we will ship it out together without changing extra shipping for the new order.

WHERE CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with the title "your order is shipped" with your tracking number and the courier company we used. You can click on the "track my order" button in the email to check your parcel status.

请问是所有电话牌子的手机壳都有售卖吗？

目前我们只售卖苹果电话的手机壳喔。

卖场照片都是实拍吗？

是的，卖场上的照片都是我们实拍照喔，照片都是在太阳自然光下拍摄，尽量的拍出电话壳的颜色，但不排除有少许色差情况，不接受以色差为理由做退款/退换。

款式都是现货吗？

设计都是现货喔，除非一些型号现货售完，售完的款式是还可以下单做补货的。

卖场上写着“in stock”就是现货的。

补货需要多久会寄出？

补货预计5-9 工作天会寄出（不包括假日/公共假期）

补货的款式可以跟现货一起下单吗？

可以的喔，我们会等补货的款式到货了再跟现货的一起寄出喔。

如果要分开寄出，请分开下单喔。
